You can contact us about this policy or your personal data at admin@nbcglobalservices.co.uk or +44 7785 625454.

2. What we do

NBC acts solely as a marketing and introducer agent. We connect individuals and businesses with independent third-party service providers, including UAE property developers and licensed brokers, corporate finance and business sale advisers, accountancy and tax firms, currency exchange providers, franchise specialists, and wealth management firms.

We do not provide regulated services directly.

3. The personal data we collect

  • Enquiry form data: first name, last name, country of residence, telephone number (including country code), and email address.
  • Correspondence: information you provide when you contact us by email, telephone, or messaging services.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, and basic usage data collected through cookies and similar technologies when you visit the website.

We do not intentionally collect special category data through this website, and we ask that you do not submit it via our forms.

4. How we use your data and our lawful bases

  • To respond to your enquiry and discuss your requirements, on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries we receive.
  • To introduce you, at your request, to relevant third-party service providers, on the basis of your consent.
  • To send you information about services relevant to your enquiry, on the basis of your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
  • To comply with legal and regulatory obligations, including anti-money laundering requirements where applicable, on the basis of legal obligation.
  • To operate, secure, and improve our website, on the basis of our legitimate interests.

5. Who we share your data with

Where you ask us to introduce you to a service provider, we share your contact details and a summary of your requirements with the relevant third-party provider so they can contact you. We only share your data for this purpose with your consent.

We also use trusted service providers to operate our business, such as website hosting, IT, and email providers, who process data on our behalf under appropriate contractual safeguards. We may disclose personal data where required by law or regulation.

We do not sell your personal data.

6. International transfers

Some of the third-party providers we introduce clients to are located outside the United Kingdom, principally in the United Arab Emirates. Where an introduction involves transferring your personal data outside the UK, we will do so only with your consent and, where required, with appropriate safeguards in place in accordance with UK GDPR. You should be aware that data protection laws in other jurisdictions may differ from those in the UK.

7. How long we keep your data

We keep enquiry data for as long as necessary to deal with your enquiry and any resulting introduction, and thereafter for up to six years to comply with legal, regulatory, and accounting obligations, after which it is securely deleted. Marketing consents are retained until you withdraw them.

8. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; have inaccurate data corrected; have your data erased in certain circumstances; restrict or object to our processing; receive your data in a portable format; and withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at admin@nbcglobalservices.co.uk. We will respond within one month.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113, although we would welcome the opportunity to address your concerns first.
